Which FLYCARB Products Are Right for You?

Over the last few months, we have launched a lot of products, so we now provide a full range of sports nutrition to help fuel your dreams. But it also raises a fair question: what products will make the biggest difference for me?
To help, we have built FLYCARB: Find Your Edge, a short tool that helps you prioritise the products most relevant to your training and race goals.
Why we built a sports nutrition product finder
FLYCARB began with one product, BICARRB. Our range now includes Creatine, Lactate Shuttle, Anthosystem, ITC Shot, Beta-Alanine, Collagen and HICARB, plus CAFCARB.
Each one is developed with the same goal: to help as many athletes as possible to their next PB. But a 5km parkrun, a marathon and a 40km time trial place very different demands on your body, so the products that matter most will differ too.
We want to help you work out what is likely to suit you best, rather than leaving you to guess.
How the Product Finder works
It takes a couple of minutes:
- Your target event. Tell us how long your event will take you, how hard you go, and what type of effort it involves.
- What holds you back. Tell us what you feel holds you back the most
- Your results. We prioritise the FLYCARB products most relevant to your answers, so you can see where to start.
Guidance, not a guarantee
Sports nutrition is individual. Two athletes in the same race can respond very differently to the same supplement, depending on their physiology, training, diet and even how their gut copes on the day.
The Product Finder is guidance based on the information you give us. Think of it as a sensible starting point to help point you in the right direction.
Whatever you choose, we recommend trying new products in training before race day, following the instructions, and speaking to a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.
Find what works for you
Our mission is to make high-performance nutrition accessible to every athlete, whatever their level. If you try the tool, we would love to hear how you get on. Just get in touch with us or tag us on Instagram.
