Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods
The following terms and conditions apply when you place an order to purchase our products. Please read these terms
and conditions carefully, as they govern the legal relationship between us.

number 15929648. Our registered office address is 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28

about us and our products can be found on our website at https://www.flycarb.com/ (the “Website”).
General
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply (to the exclusion of all other terms) to all purchases made on the
Website by you.
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and understand that they are
incorporated into the contract between us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted when placing an order is complete and accurate.
You acknowledge that in placing an Order you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty
that is not set out in these Terms.
Basis of contract
The placement of an order for on the Website (an “Order”) constitutes an offer by you to purchase products from
us in accordance with these Terms.
We will contact you to confirm we've received your Order and let you know your Order ID. This email does not mean
that your Order has been accepted.
Your Order will be deemed to be accepted when we send written confirmation to the email address stated in the
Order that we have dispatched your Order, at which point a contract shall come into existence between us.
If for any reason we are unable to process your Order (or any part of it), we will inform you as soon as possible
and will provide you with a refund in respect of the products which we are unable to supply to you.
Products
Information as to the products which we offer for sale on the Website (including a full list of ingredients) is
set out in the Product Information which is available here https://www.flycarb.com/productadvice. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you
have read and understand the Product Information.
We may make changes to our products, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements
or to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. Where we do so, we will update the Product Information
available on our Website accordingly.
Price
The price payable for our products (the “Price”) is as set out on our Website at the time you place an Order.
Payment method
You will need to make pay the Price for the products at the time of placing an Order.
Payment will be made via Stripe. More information about Stripe can be found here https://stripe.com/.
We will not accept your Order until your payment of the Price has been confirmed.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Most of our orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. We will share the necessary details from your order with
our fulfillment partner such that they can package and ship your Order.
We use a variety of shipping companies including Yodel, Evri, and Royal Mail. You may have the option to choose a
specific shipping arrangement at checkout, and in this case we will ensure this method of shipping is used.
The products will be dispatched within 7 days of us sending you written confirmation of your Order.
If supply of your product is delayed by an event outside of our control such that we are unable to comply with
the clause above, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the
delay. In these circumstances you can contact us by email at team@flycarb.com
to cancel your Order and receive a refund for any
products you have paid for, but which have not been dispatched by us.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you purchase our products as a consumer (being an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly
outside your trade, business, craft or profession), subject to the conditions set out below, have a legal right
to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund.
If you wish to cancel your Order in accordance with the clause above you need to write to us (by email to team@flycarb.com) no later than 14 days after you have received delivery
of your Order stating your Order number, your name and the product(s) you wish to return. A model cancellation
form is accessible at Schedule 1 to these Terms.
If your Order has already been dispatched or delivered when you tell us that you have changed your mind, you will
need to return the product(s) to us at your
own cost. On receipt of your cancellation notice we will tell you the address to which the product(s) must be
returned.
We will provide you with a refund via Stripe as follows:
- Where the Order has already been dispatched or delivered at the time of cancellation, we will refund you
within 14 days of receiving the product(s) returned to us.
- Where you cancel an Order which has not yet been dispatched by us, we will refund you within 14 days of your
cancellation.
If the product(s) returned to us in accordance with the clause above are damaged, we are entitled to reduce your
refund to compensate us for the reduced value of the product(s).
You are not entitled to cancel your Order if you have already used the products(s) or they have become
inseparably mixed with other items after their delivery.
Right to a refund
We are legally obliged to supply products which are of satisfactory quality, conform to the description provided
and are fit for purpose. Please let us know by sending an email to team@flycarb.com as soon as possible if you think that there is something
wrong with the product which has been delivered to you.
If the product(s) delivered is/are faulty you are entitled to reject the product(s) and obtain a full refund as
follows:
- You must return the defective product(s) to us within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- You must email us at team@flycarb.com stating the Order number, your
name and an explanation of the problem with the product(s). We will then confirm the address to which the
product
should be returned.
Within 14 days of you returning a product in accordance with this clause, if we agree that the product did not
comply with our legal obligations, we will provide you with a refund via Stripe, including a refund of the cost
incurred by you in returning the product(s) to us.
We will not provide a refund in respect of products which have been opened, tampered with or consumed (either in
part or in whole).
Alternatively, if you consider that a product delivered to you is faulty or defective, you may request a
replacement instead of a refund.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract where:
- The loss was unexpected or unforeseeable at the time we accepted your Order.
- The loss could have been avoided by you taking reasonable action, for example following our instructions for
use.
- The loss was caused by you failing to observe our instructions for use.
- The loss relates to your use of our products for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession.
In those circumstances the following types of loss are excluded: loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of
business, loss of agreements or contracts, loss of or damage to goodwill and indirect or consequential loss.
- The loss was caused by an event outside of our control and we have complied with our Delivery obligations.
Assignment and other dealings
We can transfer a Contract with you so that a different organisation is responsible for fulfilling your Order. We
will ensure that any such transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms.
Other important terms
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of
them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any dispute between us will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
