With just one week to go until the inaugural FLYCARB 5K, final preparations are coming together. Our goal is to help runners of all levels achieve their best performance, with a super-fast course and pacemakers in every race. Entries are still open.

- 3:00pm – Junior 1 mile
- 4:00pm – 20min+ open 5K
- 4:50pm – Sub 20min 5K
- 5:30pm – Sub 17:30 5K
- 6:00pm – Sub 15:15 5K
- 6:30pm – Prize giving
