Josh Elston-Carr, Co-Founder of BICARRB, delivered an impressive performance at the Lisbon Discoveries Half Marathon, securing first place with a new personal best time of 68:35.

With challenging windy conditions, the race turned into a tactical battle. However, Josh’s strength and determination shone through in the final stages, where he unleashed a decisive kick to claim victory.

Known for his speed as a sub-4-minute miler and sub-8:00 3000m runner, Josh is making an impressive transition to longer distances. BICARRB has been a key part of his journey:
